Omschrijving

• Enter all available order data into SAP
• Implementing price protection for customers, with the use of SAP
• Create credit notes for customers in relation to the price protection
• If necessary correct price on invoice
• Open order to the customer after communication with the logistics partner about allocation of stock.
• Archive incoming orders

• HBO degree
• 1 or 2 years experience
• English (speak and write)
• Commercial
• Age between 25 and 35 (because of young team)
• Full time (40 uur)

Reporting
- Create stock reports
- Create reports for the logistics partner about returned credit.
- Create complaint reports

Logistics
- Guide the logistical process on a limited scale
- Communicate the logistics status if necessary

Customer satisfaction
- Follow up on agreement which are made with the customer
